You will have unlimited access to one of our experienced wedding planners who can help you every step of the way! From choosing your colors, your venue, even the time of year all the way to helping you choose your wedding dress (if desired) and proof reading your vows. We take the stress out of wedding planning!

Our decorators are certified in event design and can help you bring your dream wedding to life! Our job is to bring your vision to life, while you prepare for the rest of yours! Our goal is to take care of everything so that the couple and their family members can spend the day of the wedding enjoying the day together!

As your wedding planner we will take the driver seat when it comes to coordinating with your vendors! A wedding has so many parts that must work together seamlessly and its our job to ensure it does! We will chat with your vendors regularly before your wedding and handle all coordination on the day of!

Leading up to your wedding we will work with you and your vendors to build a timeline that gives you the most out of your day! Your timelien will be plugged into our software and emailed out to you and all vendors. A print out will be provided to you and your wedding party at the rehearsal, and reminder texts will be sent the day of to ensure everything stays on track! 

Contracts can be confusing even for the best of us! Let us take over reading the fine print and ensuring there are no errors or miscommunications between you and your vendors. We will confirm that the vendor has all of the correct information for your date as well as the service you are getting. There will be no question about what should have been after our careful review!

One of the most time consuming parts of wedding prep is decorating and clean up the day of! No one wants to stop getting ready to set up or pause the party for clean up! Our crew at Southern Charm will set up all decor for the ceremony and reception and ensure all your other vendors are set up as well! At the end of the night we will clean up and even pack your car with your things and a meal!
